The Peripheral cause of Vertigo may be due to inflammation in the semicircular canals of the inner ear or infection of the vestibular nerve or fluid built up within the inner ear. The central cause of vertigo includes Concussion or traumatic brain injury, stroke or Multiple sclerosis, or Brain tumor.
