Udwarthanam

Udvartana is an invigorating full body massage done in a rhythmic motion using herbal powder or paste. Udwarthanam means to elevate or to promote. This massage involves upward stroking, where the powder is rubbed forcibly on the body .This therapy is largely recommended for diabetic neuropathy, obesity, paralysis, skin care, sciatica and indigestion among others.
